As a fully managed service, RevIgnite takes end-to-end responsibility for the BDR function. This includes:

Tracking and management reporting on weekly activity and performance metrics

Monitoring meeting quality and attendance

Providing all training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement beyond initial ramp up

Supplying necessary software tools and subscriptions

Managing compensation, including commission payments to BDRs

We offer a straightforward flat monthly rate per dedicated BDR — with no hidden fees, commissions, or overhead. Everything needed to launch and run the function is included.
